Venue Operations
Location: Kansas City Metro
Hours: Typically Friday-Saturdays, depending on bookings
The Juliet is seeking to expand our team. As a member of our operations team you are one of the first people that guests see on an event day.
As a member of our operations team it is our responsibility to not only ease our the guests experience and navigation not the venue but also our fellow vendors load-in or load-out experience(s).
A day in the life can often times 4-6 hour work day while we assist set-up each event, navigate guest and vendors to our venue, and clean up concluding each event. Our ideal operations team members are fast on their feet, well mannered, a self starter and a problem solver. The ideal operations team member has weekend flexible weekend availability, customer service experience and aligns with our mission.
