Coordination
month-of coordinationYou Plan. We’ll Coordinate.
Our Coordinate Package is for couples looking for a traditional ‘day-of coordinator’. Upon booking, we’ll curate you your own planning portal filled with resources to make planning and organization a seamless process leading up to your coordination services. Beginning 6 weeks prior to your big day, one of our lead coordinators will review all of the hard work that you’ve put into planning your dream wedding while piecing together the logistics of that big day. This will allow you to focus on the all of those last little details such as your final appointments, payments, but most importantly will give you time to take everything in. It will allow yourself a few moments to relax and just enjoy your final weeks of being engaged! Your coordinator will take over vendor communication at this time, and start curating your day-of timeline for a seamless wedding day. Whether starting at your rehearsal or day of they will be on-site to not only coordinate with your vendors, but to also be there to support you, and to ensure the formalities of your ceremony, and reception run smoothly!

Management
event managementOur Management Package is for those that have completely planned their wedding/event day themselves and would like to enjoy that wedding/event day without any hassle. Full service coordination & event management.
Upon booking, we’ll curate you your own planning portal filled with resources to make planning and organization a seamless process leading up to your management services. Beginning 3 months prior to your big day, we’ll start our first meeting off by reviewing all your vendor contracts, encouraging future vendor communication to come through us, tying up any loose ends and final touches, along with curating your personally detailed day-of timeline. Nearing the finish line, we’ll confirm all of your final details with your vendors to ensure all the i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed! Of course, day-of, our coordination team will be alongside you to coordinate your vendors, assist with decor, and oversee that all the formalities of your day go off according to plan.

Our Event Design & Styling services go beyond traditional event planning—we curate an atmosphere that speaks to your style, personality, and purpose. From conceptualization to the final touches, we work closely with you to transform your ideas into reality, ensuring each detail feels meaningful, cohesive, and inspiring.

Joanna & MarkDescription My MIL: “Hiring Laura was the best choice you made.” Laura and her team are so good that my MIL may have even been including my choice of husband/her son among the choices she was evaluating. Having a wedding coordinator like Laura (and her assistant, Morgan) felt almost too good to be true, but it wasn’t! I think one of my favorite things is that she facilitated communication with some of my vendors who were not the best at organization and communication. The At Ease team is genuinely no-nonsense (but NOT mean or bossy like some people who would describe themselves as such). At the same time, they clearly have a lot of passion for what they do. You will NOT regret hiring them. I regret that I don’t have something else to hire them for!
